Address request & subscription terms

These draft terms cover address requests and the subscription offer. No payment is taken through this site. Submitting a request does not activate an address or start a subscription.

Who we are

Upie Address is a brand operated by Upie Vending Inc. New location in Richmond Hill / Markham (York Region) — now taking requests. We will send your exact address and onboarding steps by email after you submit a request. Requests are handled in the order they are received.

Address requests and email

Requesting an address is free and creates no obligation to buy. Provide accurate information and only share information you have permission to submit. We will email you about your request regardless of whether you opt into marketing. Marketing and service-update emails require your separate, optional consent; you may unsubscribe anytime. The subscription

One virtual business address plan is offered at $39/mo CAD + HST or $390/yr CAD + HST (2 months free with annual billing). It includes a real street business address, registered office use as described below, mail receiving with an envelope-photo notification for each item, open & scan on request with 10 scans/month included, and parcel/courier receiving with staffed counter pickup. Additional scans are available per item. Mail forwarding via Canada Post is charged at postage cost plus a handling fee.

Plan terms will be provided in a service agreement at onboarding, including scan definitions, additional scan charges, handling fees, pickup hours, reasonable parcel size/weight and storage limits, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms. Review and accept that agreement before activation. No payment information is collected through this site.

Founding-rate offer

Requests submitted while this offer is shown qualify, upon activation, for $29/mo for the first 12 months, then $39/mo. All amounts are CAD + HST. The offer applies to monthly billing only, with the 12-month period beginning at activation. It does not combine with annual billing. The owner may end the offer for new requests at any time; ending it does not remove eligibility for requests submitted while it was shown.

Verification and address use

Address use begins only after identity verification, a signed mail-receiving authorization, acceptance of the service agreement, and account activation. Verification requires two pieces of ID, including one government-issued photo ID. Non-residents may apply and complete verification remotely. We will provide eligibility and verification instructions during onboarding. Do not submit ID through this website’s request form.

Registered office and other address uses

The plan includes registered office use for an Ontario (OBCA) corporation or a federal (CBCA) corporation whose articles specify Ontario. You remain responsible for corporate records, access requirements, filings, and eligibility. A registered office is distinct from your actual operating address. For CRA business accounts and Ontario business-name registration, the principal place of business / operating address should be where you actually carry on business. This is not legal advice. An address service does not establish immigration status or guarantee acceptance by banks, tax authorities, or other third parties.

Privacy and acceptable use

Our draft privacy policy explains how request information is handled. Do not misuse the form, submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, or interfere with the site. Staff will only open mail at your request, under the service agreement and privacy policy supplied at onboarding.

Changes, rights, and governing law

We may update these terms and will display a revised date. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Ontario law and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. The English legal text governs to the extent permitted by law.
