Two pieces of ID, one of which must be government-issued photo ID, plus a signed mail-receiving authorization allowing us to receive mail on your behalf. Verification details will be shared before activation. Please do not send ID through the request form.
Can I use it as my corporation’s registered office?
Yes. The plan includes registered office use for an Ontario (OBCA) corporation or a federal (CBCA) corporation whose articles specify Ontario. Use begins after verification and activation. Corporate records and access requirements remain your responsibility. For CRA business accounts and Ontario business-name registration, the principal place of business / operating address should be where you actually carry on business. This is not legal advice.
What does it cost?
The plan is $39/mo or $390/yr (2 months free), CAD + HST. Request now and lock a founding rate of $29/mo for your first 12 months (then $39/mo), CAD + HST. The founding rate applies to monthly billing upon activation for requests submitted while the offer is shown. No payment is taken through this site.
When will I get my address?
After you submit a request, we'll email you with your address and onboarding steps. Requests are handled in the order they're received.
Do you accept parcels? Are there size limits?
Yes. The plan includes parcel and courier receiving with staffed counter pickup. Reasonable size, weight, storage, and item restrictions apply; details and pickup hours will be provided at onboarding.
Can you forward mail?
Yes. Mail can be forwarded via Canada Post at postage cost plus a handling fee. The handling fee and forwarding arrangements will be provided in your service agreement at onboarding.
Is my mail private?
Staff only open mail when you request it. Mail and scans will be handled with restricted staff access under our privacy policy. Our service safeguards and final operating procedures will be confirmed before activation.
Can non-residents sign up?
Yes. Non-residents can apply and complete ID verification remotely. Eligibility and verification details will be provided at onboarding. An address service does not establish immigration status or guarantee banking, tax, or regulatory acceptance.
